Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted between 1:40pm-2:30pm on April 13, 2022. A joint investigation was conducted, along with the Child Protective Services agency regarding a self-reported incident. There were 7 children (15 points) being supervised by the Provider during the inspection. The children were observed to be taking a nap, as it was their rest time. Interviews were conducted, records were reviewed, and observations were made. After a thorough investigation, no violations were cited during this inspection.
