Inspector Notes
An unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place on September 13, 2022 between the hours of 11:01 am and 12:05 pm. There were 5 children present with one caregiver for a total 12 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed working on puzzles, pretend play in dramatic area, building with leggos, and listening to a story. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and provider?s records, fire drill log, attendance records, first aid kit and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.
