Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety (SHSI) monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/13/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 11:01am and ended at 12:05pm. There were 5 children present with 1 caregiver supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gather during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
