Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was initiated and conducted on July 30, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:47pm and ended at 2:20pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were nine (9) children
present with three (3) caregivers. The inspection included document review (emergency drill logs, authorization forms, and children/caregiver files), tour of the home, and interviews. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two
inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
