Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety (SHSI) monitoring inspection was initiated and conducted on January 15, 2025 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection began at 12:50pm and ended at 2:05pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were four children present and two caregivers; the point total was 8. The inspector reviewed four children's records, and two caregivers' records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews and observations. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
