A monitoring inspection was initiated on February 15, 2023 and concluded on February 16, 2023. There were 35 children present, ranging in ages from 3 years to age 5, with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
