Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on September 8, 2025 and completed on September 8, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:35 a.m. and ended at 11:20 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were twelve children present with three staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
