Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/6/24 from approximately 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm. There were 18 children in the direct care and supervision of 2 staff members. 2 staff records, 2 children's records, medications, first aid supplies, emergency drill logs and other center documents were reviewed. The children were observed preparing for nap after lunch. The lunch menu included beef and bean chili, cornbread, apples, lettuce and milk. No violations were cited during this inspection.
