Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 50 children in care, with a total of 4 staff members assigned to their direct supervision. The children arrived to the program during this inspection and were served banana bread with juice for snack.
The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of staff training, administrative documents, emergency preparedness, children's records, medications, nutrition, and the physical plant.

Based on a review of children's records, it was determined two records do not contain all required information.
Evidence:
1 - Child record B does not include information for the parent's home phone number.
2 - Child record C does not include information for each parent's work phone number.
Plan of Correction: Each parent will be asked to NA those sections. We have each parent's cell number, with directions to use the cell for all calls.
