Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 27 2023 between 7:45am and 8:45am. There were 40 children in the direct care of 4 staff members. Children were observed building, completing puzzles, reading, playing board games, and participating in art projects. Child records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, medications, and the medication administration log was reviewed and inspected. A citation is listed on the violation notice page. Based on record review, the center did not ensure that documentation was maintained that show that the center requested an annual update from parents to ensure information in the record is correct.
