Inspector Notes
Conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection at 11:18am. Observed 45 children + 10 direct-care staff. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed playing with games and toys, making art projects, washing hands and eating lunch. The program areas were found to be clean and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Areas of non-compliance with standards and laws reviewed were found. Based on records reviewed and interview conducted, 1 of 3 children's records did not include documentation of immunizations before the child attends the program. Evidence: The record for Child #1 did not include immunizations. Staff stated that the immunizations had been requested and not received. The child is attending the spring break program and was present today.
