Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted today, March 22, 2024. The inspector was on site from approximately 10:30 am until 12:40 pm. The director was on site during the inspection. There were 22 children present, ranging in ages from three months to two years, with six staff supervising. Children in the toddler class were observed dancing and watching an animal video. Infants were playing on the mat with toys. Later children had lunch and prepared for nap. Staff interacted with the children in a positive manner.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five
child records and five staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
