A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on Wednesday, May 18, 2022
The director/provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There
were 12 children present with 4 staff supervising including administrator. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable
standards or law. No violations were issued.
