Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The department received a complaint regarding allegations in the areas of Supervision, and a subsequent investigation was initiated on April 16, 2021 and concluded on April 20, 2021. The inspector contacted the center by telephone to conduct the investigation. The inspector gave the director a list of documentation required to complete the investigation and interviewed additional staff. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
