Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:30am-11:00am. There were no children in care on the date of inspection. The home, 2 staff records, 4 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
