Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated with the preschool program on 2/28/2023 and concluded on 2/28/2023. There were 28 children directly supervised by 5 staff members. Children were observed during snack time, handwashing, water coloring, manipulatives and matching opposites. The physical plant, 3 child records, 3 staff records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies and policies were inspected. No medications this date. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
