Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 07/01/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 05/23/2024 relating to allegations of staffing and supervision. The inspector reviewed one child?s records and two staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
