Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on August 25, 2022. There were 9 children present, for a total of 28 points, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 4 caregiver/household records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. A container of Clorox wipes was observed by the diapering surface.
Caregiver #2 confirmed the diapering surface was wiped down with Clorox wipes after each diapering surface.
Regulations require the diapering surface be sprayed or dipped with a solution of soap and water, then pat dry with single use paper towel to clean the surface. Spray or dip with a solution of bleach and water and allow to air dry to sanitize.
