Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/2/23. The provider and an assistant were present with 9 children. A total of 26 points. The older children are having a movie morning, watching the little mermaid. The younger children are taking their morning nap.
Observed lunch being prepared and children getting up from nap. lunch was peanut butter and jelly, apples and carrots. Lots of interaction between caregivers and children and a large space for children to explore with lots of supplies. A violation notice was given to the provider with this summary. 4Evidence: Reviewed two staff records, one staff, Staff 1, is missing a subsequent criminal records check. Previous check was done 4/19/2018.
