Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection conducted on September 12, 2023. The inspector was onsite from approximately 11:45 am to 1:10 pm. There were 18 children present, ranging in ages from 16 months to 3 years, with 6 staff supervising. The center director was onsite throughout the inspection to assist and answer questions.
The children were observed having lunch and during rest time. The staff interactions with the children were positive.
A total of 5 child records were reviewed onsite. Three staff records were provided for remote review on 9/13/2023.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
