An unannounced code compliance inspection was completed on 10/24/2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:10pm and ended at 1:20pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 18 children enrolled with 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 4 staff records. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
