Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts and documents review.

A renewal inspection was initiated on October 28, 2021 and concluded on November 9, 2021. The Program Manager was contacted and a remote inspection was conducted. There were ten children present with two staff supervising in the before school program, and seventeen children in the care of four staff in the after school program. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and two staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
