Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on September 26, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 2:30 pm and ended at 5:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 104 children present and 14 staff. The inspector reviewed ten children's records and 10 staff records on site.
This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
