Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on July 17, 2025, and completed on 07/24/2025, in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on July 11, 2025, relating to behavioral guidance. The inspector reviewed one child?s records and three staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
