Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 8/29/2023. The inspector was on site from approximately 8:50 am-12:55 pm. There were 23 children present, ranging in ages from 24 months to 4 years, with 6 staff supervising.
A total of 5 child records and 6 staff records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
