An unannounced inspection was completed in response to a complaint received by the licensing office 06/15/2023 regarding forbidden actions. Interviews were completed 06/22/2023 and 06/23/2023. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
