Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was completed on 04/24/24 from 11:50am until 1:20. There were 44 children and 8 staff present. Four children?s records were reviewed and one new staff record. Children were observed playing, washing hands, eating lunch, and getting ready for rest time.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.

Information gathered determined no violations.
