An unannounced on-site inspection was initiated and completed on 11/25/2024 . The on-site inspection began at 1:00 and ended at 2:40. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 24 children and 7 staff present. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records electronically 12/19/24. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observation.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
