Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site Code compliance inspection was initiated on January 6, 2025 and completed on January 6, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 AM and ended at 10:45 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 14 children present with five staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable Code sections. No violations were issued.
