Inspector Notes

A complaint inspection was conducted on 04/18/2023 from 9:55 am until 1:20 pm as a result of a complaint made to the agency on 02/27/2023 regarding allegations in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision. There were 95 children present, ranging in ages from three months to five years, with 16 staff supervising. Nine staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the investigation determined no violations with applicable standards or law, so the complained is not valid. No violations were issued.
