A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the code compliance inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in code were reviewed during this SHSI. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Staff shall be evaluated by a health professional and issued a statement that the individual is free of communicable tuberculosis (TB). Documentation shall be submitted within the last 30 calendar days or at the time of employment and prior to coming into contact with children.

Plan of Correction: Printed & digital reminders of required health evaluations will be posted & printed to ensure compliance of TB documentation needed every two years. All Staff have valid TB documentation on file.
