Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on June 29, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements is on-site visit was conducted from 9:30a.m. through 11:40 a.m. There were twenty-one children in the care five staff in four classrooms. No medication is being administered at the present. Three children and seven staff records were reviewed and updated. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
