Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was initiated and completed on July 29, 2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 1:30 p.m. and ended at 2:00 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present. Two staff records were reviewed electronically. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
