Exempt religious institutions are required to post the fact that it is exempt from licensure in a visible location on the premises. The center did not have a copy of the exemption letter in a place that was conspicuous to parents.
Plan of Correction: The director had the letter in the main office. It was moved during the inspection to the entrance where parents enter the building and drop off their children for care.
