Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced Religiously Exempt Code Annual/Monitor)Inspection on April 5, 2023. There were 49 children ages 6 months to 4 years old present under the direct care of 10 staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
