An unannounced inspection was initiated on July 18, 2024 and completed on September 10, 2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on July 9, 2024 relating to allegations of neglect. The inspector reviewed 5 children's record and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
