An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on July 18, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 am and ended at 3:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 99 children present with 27 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records 7/18/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
