Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 07/17/2025 completed on 08/04/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:15 a.m. and ended at 3:00 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 83 children present with 10 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records on-site and 7 staff records electronically on 08/04/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1The criminal background check for Staff 2, who has been employed for one year and nine months, was dated 5 weeks after their first day of employment.
The criminal background check for Staff 4, who has been employed for two years, was dated three days after their first day of employment.
