At least every two years from the date of the first initial screening or testing, staff members shall obtain and submit the results of a follow up tuberculosis screening.
Staff #5, employed 12 years, did not obtain and submit the results of a follow up tuberculosis screening every two years. Documentation of a previous tuberculosis screening was dated over two years ago and expired nine months ago.
