Inspector Notes

A (monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/30/2023 and concluded on 3/30/2023. There were 51 children present with 13 staff supervising and one kitchen staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:40 am and concluded at 12:15 pm.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and record reviews the center failed to provide to the licensing representative an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction.
Evidence:
The most current fire inspection at this center is dated 12/15/2021.
Plan of Correction: Contact was made with the fire inspector requesting that an inspection be completed. The Education Supervisor will ensure that these inspection's are conducted annually.
