On several occasions, staff #1, was observed on video roughly handling child #1 (age 2). Staff #1 was also observed on video restricting movement by placing child #1 (age 2) arms beside their body and wrapping the child?s blanket around to prevent movement. Staff #1 was observed on video putting their leg on top of child #1 to prevent the child from moving while on the nap mat.
