Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 12/17/25. The on-site inspection began at 12:25pm and ended at 3:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 33 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and eight staff records on-site and electronically on 12/18/25.
