Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts and documents review.

A renewal inspection was initiated on December 15, 2021 and concluded on December 21, 2021. The provider was contacted and a remote inspection was conducted. There were eight children present with one staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records, one staff record, and one household member record were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
