The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced inspection on 07/19/2023 and concluded on 07/19/2023 in response to a complaint received by the department on 06/27/2023 for allegations regarding supervision, policies and procedures and parent communication. Interviews were conducted and documents were reviewed regarding the complaint.
