Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 06/18/2024 from 10:45 AM to 2:00 PM. There were 113 children present, ranging in ages from five months to twelve years, with 18 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and training, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, and special care and emergencies. A total of nine children?s records, two children?s medications, and the nine staff?s records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
