Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 06/18/2024 from 10:45 AM to 2:00 PM. There were 113 children present with 18 staff supervising ranging in age from five months to 12 years. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
