An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 10/01/2024 and completed on 10/01/2024. The on-site inspection began at 3:20 pm and ended at 5:05 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 43 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children's records (on-site) and 3 staff records electronically.

There was no written documentation to demonstrate that a lockdown drill had been completed for the school year beginning September 2023 and ending June 2024.
Plan of Correction: The program director stated that a lockdown drill will be completed for the 2024-2025 school year.
