Inspector Notes
An unannounced on site monitoring inspection was initiated on May 9, 2022 and concluded on May 16, 2022. There were 32 children in care age five to nine years old with five staff. Children records and staff emergency contact information were reviewed. Staff records were reviewed at the central location on May 23, 2022. Children were observed in teacher and self-directed activities including restroom routines, transitions, snack and large group activities. Violations were observed and appear on the violation notice.
