Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 09/29/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Areas of noncompliance are identified on the violation notice and were discussed with the director in an exit meeting at the conclusion of this inspection.

Based on record review and interview it was determined the center did not ensure all staff completed the Virginia Department of Education-sponsored orientation course shall be completed within 90 calendar days of employment.
