Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on May 6, 2024. There were 65 children in care with four staff. The children ranged in age from four to eight years old. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff emergency contact records. Children were observed in teacher and self-directed activities including table top tasks, snack, restroom routines and transitions. Required postings, emergency items, medication and emergency evacuation drills were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice and discussed during the exit meeting.

1Evidence:
1 - At approximately 4pm there were 29 children ages three to five years old with two staff where three are required.
2 - Staff #1 and #2 stated that they were aware that the group was out of ratio and that they needed another staff person.
